The Company’s basic approach to corporate governance is to fulfill our responsibility to society by striving to realize our company philosophy and enhance corporate value through transparency, sincerity, efficiency, and soundness of our management.
We will further enhance corporate governance by striving for prompt and accurate disclosure to shareholders, investors and all our other stakeholders, while further strengthening, improving, and developing the functions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Corporate Auditors.
